   young children in either a private household or a Nursery.

   With the training and experience gained by the Nanny, she is able to take sole charge
   of young babies and children providing a happy, healthy and loving environment. 

These options may be more expensive, but for working parents with small children a Nanny or a Nursery are by far the best choices.
